I'm not typing in the text of the entries, but using Phil Gyford's 
excellent Pepys blog at http://www.pepysdiary.com/ - which is in turn 
based on the Gutenberg e-text. The typing is the typing of the topic 
map notation.

Quite a nice progression:  paper - electronic text - hyperlinked blog - 
topic map.
