I've told you the limit of experimentation with it, which was changing some of the boot text. ie the the boot text in osloader.xsl. The 'Windows is loading ..' text is in bootmgr.xsl, a resource in bootmgr.exe.mui, as I'm sure you've worked out, so I'd presume you'd change that in a similar way (making sure to get the right bootmgr.exe.mui.file since there are multiple ones that I can see on my system. Probably this one, at a guess "C:\Boot\en-US\bootmgr.exe.mui" although there are others. But regarding colour changes or fonts really anything I'd say would be pure speculation on my part, since I've not tried it (perhaps one day if I have time I will). The thing to do would be to experiment and discover. Perhaps someone else will know more. -- Jon | ||||||
