What is the correct/best practice procedure for avoiding the "attribute
value template" when outputting XML wherein you WANT a curly brace to appear
in an attribute value.
For example, I want my XSL to output XML with an attribute something like
this:
<XmlNode attr="{some-static-guid}".../>
But when the processor hits this, it thinks that {some-static-guid} is an
attribute value template. I want to just dump it as is.
