It's very awkward, aspx are not XML. The best I have managed is to create an 
intermediate file that is then transformed to aspx. You can use the virtual 
path provider in asp.net to help with this.
I have petitioned Micrsoft to provide an alternative format for aspx, e.g. 
<% %> can be written as <asp:script></asp:script> etc.
