How can I create a View verb for the file explorer that uses XSL?

Say my program generates a XML file named as "thename.myextension".

I would like to associate a "View" verb in the file explorer with the extension "myextension".
Its purpose would be to apply a XSL transformation to the file, and view the result in the browser.

I could do something like:
msxsl thename.myextension myextension.xsl > temp.xml |
     "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE" file://FilePath\temp.xml

However this creates a "file leak."

Is there anyway to do this without a "file leak".
