IE 7 continues to use MSXML 3 for XSLT so I don't think that error 
message above is something that the browser give itself but rather an 
error message some client-side script (VBScript or JScript) generates 
after doing some user agent sniffing. Show us the URL or the code and we 
will have a look to tell you more on how to adapt the code.
