I am not sure what you want to achieve. That URL validates the XML 
document and that XML document does not declare any DTD. You can't use 
client-side (browser side) XSLT and expect the validator to validate the 
result document of the transformation. How should that work? That is not 
possible, the above URL simply lets the validator fetch the XML without 
applying the XSLT stylesheet thus there is no way to have the validator 
validate the result document of the transformation.
