If you load an XML document in an IE window then both IE 6 and IE 7 use 
MSXML 3 to apply XSLT. MSXML 6 can only be used with IE if you script 
the transformation. If you script the transformation, then as pointed 
out above, you can identify the stylesheet node and run the transformation.
