Yes, the XSLT 1.0 specification allows for that, see
   <http://www.w3.org/TR/xslt#section-Embedding-Stylesheets>
But when you load an XML document in IE 6/7 that type of embedding is 
not supported/recognized, you would need to use script with MSXML to 
load the XML and identify the stylesheet node to run the transformation.
