Finding a special character. To: NULL Date: 10/4/2006 12:19:00 AM Hi I use xsl to pick a node from a xml file. The node is <Title> and can have different values. Ex. "Guardian Angel (Vokal & Orchestra)" I want to format the textoutput in a way that removes all characters from the first detected parantes and to the end of the string. So based on the example only have "Guardian Angel" I tried to find a function in xsl that returns the position of the first parantes, but that function does not exist. If it exist I could use the function: <xsl:value-of select="substring(Title,1,(find position of first parantes....))" /> I guess it might have to be combined with some javascript. Any experts who can help a little bit ? \T.Tei | ||||||
