If you choose
   <xsl:output method="html" />
in the XSLT stylesheet then all recognized HTML elements in no namespace 
should be output the HTML way so that a element should result in
   <a name="MyBookmark"></a>

If you have <xsl:output method="xml" /> then you can't complain about 
the transformation result not following HTML rules.
