well, the typical cycle of XSL's is sequential with loops, so I think 
repeated back and forward jumps (from items to things and back) are quite 
artificial, not designated or maybe even impossible.

Okay, it might be 100% guaranteed - despite I won't do it that way (with 
your XML structure).

No, my proposed structure is proper XML and no "TEXT". Additionally I just 
decided to convert the node values into node attributes.
