This is a great forum and the users are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Ok. Here is what's going on. My XML: <Data> <Country KEY='001'> <Indicator KEY='001' FootnoteKEY='2' Footnote='Footnote2' </Indicator> <Indicator KEY='002' FootnoteKEY='' Footnote='' </Indicator> <Indicator KEY='003' FootnoteKEY='5' Footnote='Footnote5' </Indicator> <Indicator KEY='004' FootnoteKEY='6' Footnote='Footnote6' </Indicator> <Indicator KEY='005' FootnoteKEY='' Footnote='' </Indicator> </Country> </Data> I'm looking for two things out of my XSL- One is to output the footnotes at the end of the document, the other is to add a footnot mark to the body of the document, as I'm looping through. I'm able to get the footnotKEY into the body of the document. I'm also able to get the Footnotes at the end of the document. My question is, is there any way to letter (a,b,c) the footnotes as I put them in the document. The above XML will return 2 Footnote2 5 Footnote5 6 Footnote6 What I'd like is: a Footnote2 b Footnote5 c Footnote6 Is this possible to do without too much pain? Thanks, - Mark | ||||||
