IE 6 is certainly not the proper tool to check the result of an XML to 
XML transformation. If you transformed to HTML then of course IE can 
render that result but if you transform XML to XML then don't expect 
browsers to do much with abritrary XML in the result. Consider using an 
XSLT processor in a way that allows outputting the result to a file. You 
can for instance run MSXML from the command line with this tool

Make some effort yourself to understand the provided solution first and 
then to adapt it for your changing requirements. Once you have 
understood how to do the grouping it should be easy to adapt the 
stylesheet yourself to put in one more literal result element 
sectionInfo in the right place in the templates provided.
