Well, I'm new to the company and I cannot comment on why another marquee 
solution wasn't used before but I will certainly look into the OrcaScroller. 
Looks interesting so far.  I'm going to have to see how it affects our 
thick-client that displays the resulting HTML of our templates, if at all. 
It'll give me something to do in the slow days around the holidays. ;-)
