Hi Martin,

Thanks for getting back to me.

Ultimately I'm not too worried if it continues the entity through at
all and outputs the entity itself to the final transformation. Some of
the ones we create are true replacement things and others are just
stupid items like translating the &copy; entity to the right symbol
etc. The problem has come mostly from developers and content writers
getting very used to the HTML entities that exist and use them in
documents as well as people using them to make info more readable -
using &nbsp; instead of &#160; for example.

So really we just need to call in a library of entities so they can be
reused...
