Xsl, transformed XML data on Pocket PC

hello, i am transforming an XML file using the XSL which contains some Latin
characters, in XSL file i used some charanter entities like
&#176;  &#237;  etc..

  everything is fine on PC with MS internet exlorer, but on Pocket PC i have
some problems with latin characters, i need the change the default language
(encoding) to UTF-8 manually.. does anyone have any idea?? to solve this
problem..

Any hep will be appriciated, tanks in advande
