An XSLT can have external parameters which can be set before an XSLT 
transformation is run. So assuming your are running the XSLT 
transformation in your ASP code I think what you want to do is build the 
query string in your ASP code, set the parameter of the XSLT stylesheet 
and write the XSLT stylesheet so that the query string parameter is 
appended to those links the stylesheet generates.
