I have posted a stylesheet that transforms your XML input to properly 
structured XHTML list. Formatting (X)HTML is best done with CSS 
(Cascading StyleSheets) so not related to the topic of this group. The 
transformation with XSLT would not change at all, the resulting XHTML 
would simply link in a CSS stylesheet.
