They don't have to mess with IE at all just install version 4. The only
caveat is that if you are executing the transform via an embedded stylesheet
in IE this always uses version 3 at best so this won't help. You need to
script the transform. Unless you are manipulating huge files then a
JavaScript function is probably easiest.
