I have had all yours ideas, but I'm the same problem, when I like to see de XML file in the IExplorer it returms to me this message
The Namber space 'urn:schemas-microsoft-com:xslt' dont have the function 'format-date'. -->ms:format-date('DATEBIRD', 'MMMM dd, yyyy')<-

' DATEBIRD is the of Dataset field

In the XSL I had PUt this in my hea
