You can do client side scripting of MSXML with IE, however I am not sure 
then what you want to achieve, your original post talks about RSS and IE 
is more suited to render HTML. So while you can of course use client 
side scripting to transform the XML with XSLT into RSS you would have 
that RSS in memory and not rendered by IE.
So maybe you can elaborate a bit on what you want the browser user to do 
with the RSS.
