Use exclude-result-prefixes attribute of the stylesheet.

Hi,
i am changing the structure of an XML document using XSL. The XSL file
has the xmlns:msxsl="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:xslt" namespace so that i can
write a script. This namespace now appears in the root element of the output
document. When validating the output document against the DTD it fails
because the namespace is not declared in the DTD.

I cannot alter the DTD as this belongs to the company who i am sending the
data to (hence the structure transform)

How can i create an XML document with no namespace ?

thanks,

Ste..
