I'm with you dude.

I didn't write it, I'm just trying to use it.

The original database designer put the files in the db as blob(s), and the 
only export option I've been given is xml.
Its not a huge amount of data (<10 rows actually), but I'm stuck with the 
contract imposed upon me.  :<
