Microsoft Outlook 2000 error message 0x800ccc0e

Hi

I have just changed ISP and I can no longer get Outlook 2000 to work with 
the error message 0x800ccc0e on trying to send or receive any emails.  I have 
McAfee software installed and this has been disabled so it doesn't appear to 
be that.  I had no problems before I changed the ISP.

I have spoken to the ISP and McAfee to no avail.  Can anyone out there think 
of anything else I can do to solve this problem please?  Thanks, Janine
