Sorry, XML in general does not know any tables. You will have to use a 
particular XML vocabulary that knows tables, like XHTML for instance. Or 
WordML maybe as you seem to want to use your table in Word. If you need 
help on XML in Office then perhaps microsoft.public.office.xml is a 
better place to find expertise.
