The XML you posted seems to have little relation to the XPath with the tr[2] in it. Also you don't appear to be mapping the namespaces. Set setProperty "SelectionNamespaces" in the documentation. You will need to use a dummy prefix for the default namespace (http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml/).
