Creating cross reference in WordML

Hi all

I want to use a cross reference inside my XML Word document. How to do
it?
When I saved a Word document as an XML, I saw a very long string
inside the flddata tag. How can I know what is this string? how can I
write it on my own?

I want to create an XML file which has a cross reference in it.

I saw many websites that has a code for that, but I want also to be
able to jump to the cross-referenced place using the CTRL key along
with the mouse click.

I saw that you have to use this:

<w:fldData>CNDJ6nn5us4RjIIAqgBLqQsCAAAACAAAAA4AAABfAFIAZQBmADEAOQAwADQAOAA2ADAAMgA2AAAA</
w:fldData>

And my question is, how do I know what to put between <w:fldData> and
its closing tag?

What is this long string? How to produce it? It seems, that if I am
changing a single character in it, the cross refernce doesn't work...

thanks!

Mo.
