What exactly do you want to do? Create a website with ASP.NET? Then you 
can use Visual Studio 2005 or 2008, it comes with a web server for local 
development. There is a free Web Developer Express version.
As an alternative you could install the Apache web server, that way you 
can create web sites with e.g. PHP or Perl or JSP.
