apply xsl = blank output

I have an xml file that I am applying a xsl to.  I am getting a blank
output.  If I remove the xmlns="http://www.w3schools.com" from course,
the output is fine.

Any thoughts?

    <course xmlns="http://www.w3schools.com">
      <frame>
        <frameID>Frame_01_01</frameID>
        <topic>Frame 1 Topic</topic>
      </frame>

      </frame>
    </course>
