This is the best solution for you! You can download a fully functional trial version here, http://www.altova.com/download/mapforce/data_mapping_professional.html Once you've downloaded this product, you simply create a new mapping file, add your Access Db as a source component in your mapping file, add the 3rd party schema file as a target and map the two together.
