The reason given by parseError is:

"Element content is invalid acording to the DTD/Schema.
Expecting: ..." It then lists the elments given in TITLESchema.xsd

Additional information: The line number and line position given by
parseError refers to the line below <TITLE xmlns="urn:something"
xmlns:title="urn:something" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/
XMLSchema-instance"
xsi:schemaLocation="urn:something TITLESchema.xsd"> which reads
<xsl:text> &#xD; </xsl:text>. However, when I remove this line
parseError still provides the same details.
This is what lead me to check the namespace line, and how I found the
issue with the "xsi" definition.
