For a new project I'm starting for a major restaurant, I've got do
determine what the below file is producing and get it into a standard
format (preferably XML) for DB Work.  However I really don't have much
of an idea of what I'm dealing with and I'm hoping someone here
recognizes the file, any takers?  Note what could be potentially
damaging financial info is obfuscated to protect the innocent:

I've got some clues on where to start building a parser, I do know
that this file is responsible for reporting Financial results for the
days close at the restaurant with the specific numbers making sense.
Though I'm hoping someone straight away has seen this.  Thoughts?
