That gives you an idea of the extent of my knowledge.

There is a line in the script that says:
<ApplicationInfo ExecutablePath="C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local
Settings\Apps\2.0\ABP3GCNT.HEQ\LX7ANVZY.YAY\dexc..tion_40881670a89c85d2_0009.0000_f01c0e6c0d99d401\DexCom.R2PatientTool.exe"

However, DexCom.R2PatientTool.exe is the application software itself  (the 
one that does not let me export anything) so I believe the application does 
the compressing.

My next question then is: is it possible, by looking at the data themself to 
decompress the data from outside the program?
