The application is called "Action Replay Code Manager" and it is loaded on 
both machines they are both the same version. I used the CD provided to load 
it onto both machines & I have also copied the XML file from the PC where it 
works fine onto the laptop but it still doesn't work.  I am sure the XML 
file is ok as it works on the pc.

Are there any settings anywhere that would stop an application using an XML 
file other than a firewall?  I have turned this off to make sure it wasn't 
blocking it but that didn't help is there anything else?
