Windows Desktop Search can't find email

I just installed Windows Desktop Search on my XPPro system, and I'm trying to
use it to search emails in Outlook 2003. According to the system tray icon,
indexing of Outlook is complete.

I put the subject of the most recent email in my inbox into the WDS search
bar. I selected "E-mail" and hit the "Desktop" search button, and the result
i got was "No E-mail found in all locations for query "RE: IAUQ 4105, IAQ
4200""

What am I missing? Am I not indexing the right location or something?

Ideally, what I would like to do is search within emails and attachments,
but it looks like WDS doesn't have that capability.
