Right, I have had to say "IE uses unique non-standard approach to mime 
types handling called mime sniffing, which means that IE sometimes 
ignores mime type server reports and instead tries to guess what mime 
type is analyzing first 256 bytes and file extension, which some people 
  think is completely against HTTP standard".
