Firefox has implemented it. Fair enough, I don't understand completely as to why you need embedded stylesheets though but I have little experience with this topic. I don't think IE 7 supports though I'm going to check. You have to remember that IE still uses msxml 3 which came out along time before Firefox although I don't see why it wasn't added to later versions as all the technology seems to be present. It's even possible to construct script which manages to process XML with embedded XSLT.
