SetProperty Problem

Hey All,

We are using IIS6 with ASP and VBScript on client side.
Our clients are using Windows XP SP2 and NT SP6 with MSXML 3.0.

We are trying to load an XML from a URL located on our server.

We are getting an error message:

"The stylesheet does not contain a document element. The stylesheet may be 
empty, or it may not be a well-formed XML document." on SOME specified WINXP 
clients, on the rest (Other XP's and All NT's) are working correctly.

We've added a ServerHTTPRequest flag to the MSXML object and we got another 
error while parsing the XML.

1. I wanted to know if there are any software dependencies to use 
ServerHTTPRequest flag? 
2. Why it is failing on some machines when we don't have it / add it?
