How did you get msxml6 in that folder? Looks like you have copied yourself.
If you redist msxml6 in your app like this please know that you or your 
customers will not be supported for future fixes etc.

If you need Msxml6, You really should be using msxml6.msi from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=993c0bcf-3bcf-4009-be21-27e85e1857b1&displaylang=en
