Soap Toolkit V3 Trace Utility problem

From: tim.reynolds@------.------

I am trying to use the SOAP Toolkit V3 to trace incoming web calls. I am
using a web service on my PC (localhost/...). The directions for the trace
utility state:
To use the server to view SOAP messages

On the server, open the Web Services Description Language (WSDL) file.
In the WSDL file, locate the <soap:address> element that corresponds to the
service and change the location attribute for this element to port 8080. For
example, if the location attribute specifies
<http://MyServer/VDir/Service.wsdl> change this attribute to
<http://MyServer:8080/VDir/Service.wsdl>.
Run MSSOAPT3.exe.
On the File menu, point to New, and either click Formatted Trace (if you do
not want to see HTTP headers) or click Unformatted Trace (if you do want to
see HTTP headers).
In the Trace Setup dialog box, click OK to accept the default values.

However, I have no WSDL file.. My web service was created from a .Net
application - The only way I can 'see' the wsdl is to type in the web service
name on my address bar followed by ?wsdl
(http://localhost/virtualdirectory/webservicename.asmx?wsdl)
In light of this how can I 'change' the wsdl to add port 8080?
I have tried the trace on port 8080 (default value) and after I call the web
service and get response - I still see nothing at all in my trace window.

Someone thats been there, please advise.

Much thanks,
Tim Reynolds
