Excuse me, I mean they fail when I try to read them into MS Access using
the "Import XLM format ". (The XLM text is viewable in IE explorer)
I need to write an Access module that will load the data into Access tables.
I am trying to program using MSXML.

here's a sample of an XML file
http://www.landxml.org/schema/LandXML-1.0/samples/EaglePoint/DivideHW.XML
