No, if you have XSD schemas then you need at least one schema document 
for each target namespace thus if you have four different namespaces 
then you need four different schema documents and need to use xs:import 
to import one schema into another.
This is an answer in terms of the possibilities of the W3C XSD schema 
language to compose schemas from different namespaces.
As you have cross posted to sqlserver.xml it might be that you are 
looking for a specific answer to SQL server.
