I use this in a VFP application using MSXML 3 parser. and it gave me
the error when it got to that line.
It might be that there is a bug in MSXML 3 parser?

Finally (because the XML file is not big anyway) I had to stick with
"brute force" method, of retriving all optionname nodes, scab them and
find the one I need (if any)

But I'm not happy because the more elegant solution I tried didn't
worked correctly (and still don't know why)
