XSD Include

From: "Jon Turner" <jj@----.--->

I use an <xs:include> statement to include by basic types xsd file in each
of the Main XSD files. Question is this: Why doesn't the nodes expand out
when I create an element that is defined in the basic types file ? For
example:

if i define a Complex Type : Person in the BasicTypes.xsd file, and create
an element of Person in Student.xsd file, then why doesn't the student node
in the Student.xsd file expand out to list the elements that are comprised
in the Person Type ?
