Re: Can't save XML file on local testing server

Problem is, I'm working with WinXP Pro, not an actual server. A for saving 
not being allowed, I am able to run the file on the actual web hosting 
server, but not locally. If you still think this is specifically a Windows 
problem, I'll post elsewhere (recommendations welcome).
