The problem was indeed file permisisons. I had tried to set permissions in the Internet Informaiton Services console, but I needed to set permissions from within explorer. I opened explorer, right-clicked on the folder, and then found the security tab. Before I could enable permissions, I had to add IUSR_(machinename) as a user on the list... Note: The security tab is sometimes disabled. IN order to enable it you go to explorer-->Tools-->Folder Options. Then on the very bottom you un-check the list item "Use simple file sharing (Recommended)". | ||||||
