Yep - it's specifically designed to offer simple integration with
content management systems, which is what you'd use for storing the
resulting XML files - right ? So you park this in a browser, then
script it to upload the files in way you prefer.

Loading files could be done by sending it from the server as part of
the body (you'd escape all the XML entities and put the content in a
hidden field), or you could xmlhttp it down on demand (warn :current
magic buzzphrase : "AJAX")

You could upload in a number of ways, though POST is the most common,
you could also use xmlhttp and/or webdav to upload the files to your
chosen server...
