Martin,

Thanks agian.  

Upon further examination, I discovered that the ResponseText method of the 
WinHTTP object is converting the data. So, the file is not being saved as it 
comes from the google mini.  I'm working that issue now.

FYI the Google Mini is a small turnkey search appliance grom Google that 
allows us to search and index our website, et al.
