Yes, the MSXML6 well doubtless be the key XML processing components for 
COM, and other unmanaged programming. And according to CAB package, it 
concern to redistribute and license issue, so we can not gurantee on this. 
Anyway, we'll the explicit release notes and the related license info soon.

| That is unfortunate, because MSXML6 is 64-bit, and the latest prior 
release 
| MSXML4-SP2 is 32-bit only.  This impedes the adoption of Microsoft 64-bit
